Terms of Service

1.Agreement & Acceptance

By installing and using LeadScout ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2.Service Description

LeadScout is a Chrome extension for lead generation on many websites. It highlights tech stacks, rates, contacts, experience requirements, and flags as you browse. It provides outreach templates, rate comparison, location intelligence, and profile analysis. All processing happens locally in your browser.

3.License

LeadScout is provided under a private, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. It is not available on the Chrome Web Store. License terms are either 3-month (Pro) or 12-month (Pro Annual). Your license begins on the date of installation after your onboarding call.

4.Access & Installation

Access to LeadScout is granted for paying customers after a 30-minute onboarding call. The extension is installed as is. You are responsible for keeping it up to date with provided updates.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadScout solely for legitimate professional lead generation and job search activities. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the extension
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the source code
• Use the extension for automated scraping or data harvesting
• Use the extension in a way that violates LinkedIn's or any other platform's terms of service

6.Intellectual Property

LeadScout, including all source code, vocabulary data, templates, and design, is the intellectual property of NextGen Mentoring. Your license grants usage rights only. No ownership is transferred.

7.Updates

Updates to LeadScout are provided during your active license period. We aim to ship improvements continuously but do not guarantee specific features, timelines, or compatibility with future browser versions.

8.Limitation of Liability

LeadScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NextGen Mentoring is not responsible for:

• Changes to LinkedIn's platform or policies
• Any actions taken on your LinkedIn account by LinkedIn
• Loss of data, opportunities, or revenue
• Browser compatibility issues beyond our control

9.Termination

Either party may terminate the license at any time. Upon termination or license expiry, you must uninstall the extension. No refunds are provided for unused license time unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10.Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.

11.Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
